Top 5 Helpful Reminders

1. You can position your ball onto the tee-cup for every shot (except in the bunkers & heavy rough).

2. If your ball lands inside the outer markers that form the ‘yard’, you may ‘drop the chain’ and turn the goal to one of the other 2 positions that best suit your next shot.

3. If your ball lands under the goal or inside the inner markers directly around the goal (relief area), you may move your ball in a straight line from the centre post of the goal to the outside of the markers without losing a shot.

4. Once everyone has ‘goaled out’, please return the goal to the ‘facing position’ and re-attach the chain to the goal.

5. If your ball lands on a putting green, you must pick it up and move it off the green, in a straight line away from the goal (not nearer to the goal). You don't lose a shot for doing this.

4 Very Important Reminders

1. NEVER stand or walk in front of a player that is about to hit a ball.

2. KEEP WELL CLEAR of players ‘club swing’, approximately 2.5 metres.

3. NEVER hit a ball hard when you are close to the goal as it could bounce back and hit you or someone else.

4. ALWAYS shout ‘FORE’ if you hit the ball towards anyone or if your ball goes in a direction that is out of your sight.
