Hoburne Holiday Parks

One of Hoburne’s seven Holiday Parks, Hoburne Naish in New Milton, is home to a brand new three-bedroom static caravan bought by the Wessex Cancer Trust (WCT), to provide a place for patients and their families to get away for a break, to relax and spend important quality time together.

Hoburne Naish General Manager Peter Heaton said: “We feel privileged to have been able to help Wessex Cancer Trust (WCT) find a new holiday home for patients and their families. We hope it’ll feel like a home from home for the people who use it, but also be somewhere they feel they can escape to, to have fun and enjoy the facilities and entertainment we have here.”

The Wessex Cancer Trust (WCT) is committed to improving cancer care for patients, their families and carers throughout the Wessex region which includes Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands.

Sally Hall, Wessex Cancer Trust’sChief Executive, said: “We’re grateful to the staff at Hoburne who have all been so supportive and put lots of hard work into the project to help us make it happen.

“We’re delighted that we can offer holidays to people in our wonderful new caravan at Hoburne Naish. We can’t thank the families who raised the money for the holiday home enough. It’s going to make such a difference to other cancer patients and their loved ones, who really need some respite.”
