At Hoburne we've been offering great holidays for four generations - almost 100 years! Of course, during that time, we've developed and adapted to lots of change changes in customer expectations, standards of accommodation, how often we take our holidays - and where in the world.
One of the biggest challenges facing us all these days is climate change, and at Hoburne we're looking at ways in which we can protect and sustain our natural surroundings and reduce our impact on the environment. For 2007 we are putting in place simple measures to help maximise energy efficiency; we're improving our waste recycling facilities, planting shrubs and flowers to encourage wildlife, and planning the development of nature trails to encourage an understanding and respect for the natural world. We will also continue to source local foods and support other local causes.
These measures are just part of an on-going plan, and lots of other ideas are being considered to ensure that future generations can enjoy wonderful, carefree Hoburne Holidays too!
