With more than 30 years' experience in the tourism industry, Andrew started his career as a kitchen help before working his way up through the ranks, including working as a blue coat and as an Entertainment Manager before moving into park management.
In his new role, Andrew will be responsible for the whole operation of Hoburne Park from running it on a day-to-day basis to financial matters and health and safety.
Andrew said: "I met the Chairman and Managing Director of Hoburne back in 2006 and have kept in touch ever since. It's refreshing to be a part of company that prides itself on putting its customers first and one that also cares about the people that work for them. As part of my job I want to build upon these values and make sure I place a focus on team building as a strong team will ensure positive messages are passed back to our customers."
Rosie Kennar, Chairman of Hoburne Holiday Parks, said: "Andrew joins us at an exciting time as we work towards our centenary year in 2012. He brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and fresh ideas."
