That's why we would like to offer a coronavirus booking guarantee with every booking, covering you against the impact of the coronavirus outbreak. 

What is our Covid-19 Booking Guarantee? 

Our guarantee means that you can book a holiday with us with the promise that you will be able to move your booking for any of the reasons that we have detailed below relating to the coronavirus outbreak. If you are not in a position to choose another date, then your money will be held until you are ready to re-book. 

*Pay just a £25 deposit when you book a break at least 60 days prior to your arrival date.

How does it work?

All bookings will be automatically covered by the coronavirus booking guarantee. 

In the event of any of the following, you will be eligible to transfer your holiday to another date or have your money held as credit towards a future holiday. 

If your future holiday is of a higher value, you will be responsible for paying the difference, if the holiday is of a lower value, we will carry the balance over to be used towards a future holiday. 


1. The holiday park is closed by Hoburne for coronavirus related reasons.
2. The UK government implements mandatory restrictions on travel, relating to coronavirus.
3. You are unable to take your holiday due to medical reasons related to coronavirus.

How is this different to Hoburne cancellation cover?

This coronavirus booking guarantee is different to the Hoburne cancellation cover which can be added for an additional cost when making a booking.
