We source artisan cheeses from across the Southern Counties and fresh seasonal produce from a Hampshire-based wholesaler — with many fruits and vegetables grown just 25 miles from Bashley by Hoburne. Our menus also feature favourites like New Forest Ice Cream, Full Circle Coffee from Dorset, and bakery goods made with wild-farmed British flour. You’ll even spot beloved local products like Hogs Bottom chutneys, Dorset Tea, New Forest Spring Water, and more — all helping to bring a true taste of the region to your plate.
We also work closely with our primary supplier to reduce our environmental impact. Through a clever ‘piggybacking’ system, our butcher, cheesemaker, and ice cream supplier share transport routes — helping cut carbon emissions and reduce road traffic. It’s part of a broader commitment to sustainability, with our suppliers aiming for zero carbon and zero waste to landfill.
