Park Rules and Information

We have certain rules and regulations in place on our parks to keep our guests and team safe at all times. If you have any questions, please contact us on 01425 282358.

Security presence

  • We employ security personnel to make periodic patrols of the park.
  • ANPR cameras and CCTV record images and video for security reasons.

Park information

Our Reception is open every day. Here you will find a wealth of information on things to see and do on the park and in the surrounding area.

Wi-Fi

Every accommodation has its own Wi-Fi password, which you should be able to find inside your accommodation or at Reception. If your accommodation has a Smart TV, it is the user’s responsibility to log out of any personal accounts used such as Netflix.

Please note the Wi-Fi is not suitable for downloading or streaming.

Checking out

Please note that check out time is 10am for all accommodation. Want to extend your stay? Speak to Reception and we’ll see how we can help you.

Fire drill

For your safety, every Monday during the peak season the fire alarm system will be tested and staff will advise you of the nearest exit. Please make yourself familiar with the evacuation plan which is displayed in Reception. Please make yourself aware of the position of the nearest fire-fighting appliance to your holiday unit.

First aid / injury

If you require a qualified first aider, please go to Reception or ask at the bar. There is a Minor Injury Unit at Lymington Hospital (not 24hrs) and a 24hr Casualty Department at Bournemouth Hospital. Should you or any member of your party need to go to hospital for any reason, please inform Reception.

Dogs

We welcome dogs but they must be kept on their leads at all times and exercised in the designated areas. It is the responsibility of the owners to clean up after their dogs and use the dog litter bins provided.

BBQs

BBQs must not be used on decking areas of caravans and lodges. They must never be taken inside any accommodation.

Park safety

  • Do not climb over or break down hedgerows and fences.
  • Do not tamper with electrical appliances. If in any doubt, contact Reception.
  • Do not leave clothing to dry on or in front of fires.
  • No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes are allowed in the complex or accommodation.

Child safety

Child identity wristbands are available. Parents or guardians can request one at Reception. Please fill out your pitch number or your mobile number in the white box, not your child’s name.

Children under 12 must be supervised by a responsible adult in the soft play area and outdoor play areas.

Activities form part of our entertainment programme. We do not provide supervision of children during these sessions. We strongly advise that parents and guardians remain with their children at all times. Please be aware of the danger of skin burns, particularly to young children in the vicinity of electric heaters whilst in use.

Etiquette

Remember your neighbours. Please show concern for other visitors at all times and avoid loud noise at night. Please do not drop rubbish; litter bins are provided.

We ask everyone to refrain from playing or allowing children to play ball games in the areas between caravans. There is a designated area available for ball games.

Electric scooters

Electric scooters are not permitted on the park. Only electric scooters required to support a disability are permitted, and a relevant authority certificate must be issued.

Vehicles

  • Please obey the 10mph speed limit on the park – children are at play.
  • Please park all cars in designated car parks, not on the grass.
  • The revving of motor bikes or riding them around the park for pleasure is forbidden.
  • No electric or petrol scooters are allowed on site for safety reasons (excluding mobility vehicles).
  • Boats, trailers and jet skis must be booked in at Reception and allocated a parking position.
  • Please display car park permits at all times.

Bicycles

  • Please ride on roads only, not across grassed areas.
  • Lights are required when riding after dark.
  • Parents are responsible for ensuring younger children understand the dangers of traffic.
  • Bicycles should be locked and secured when unattended and not left out overnight.
  • Please observe signage where cycling is prohibited and use bicycle racks where provided.

Hot tub do’s

  • Take care when entering and leaving the hot tub; decking can be slippery when wet.
  • Shower before and after use.
  • Supervise children at all times and secure the cover when not in use.
  • Use between 9am and 10pm only.
  • Limit use to a maximum of 20 minutes.
  • Replace the lid after use.
  • Contact staff if contamination or issues are suspected.

Hot tub don’ts

  • Do not add any substances such as bubble bath or shampoo.
  • Do not use after a heavy meal or under the influence of alcohol.
  • Do not allow children under four to use the hot tub.
  • Do not use glass, candles or electrical appliances near the hot tub.
  • Do not exceed the maximum number of users.
  • Do not tamper with the control panel.

Park recycling

Recycling points are located in every bin bay across the park. Each point includes bins for mixed glass, paper, card, plastics and cans. Please follow the guidelines to prevent contamination.

Park amenities

We have plenty to offer everyone to help make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.
