Existing Holiday Home owners with other park operators may bring their holiday home to a Hoburne site without the requirement to Part Exchange.

The offer is open to owners with an existing caravan sited on a holiday park who wish to bring their holiday home to a Hoburne location.
The bring-on offer is only available on selected pitches at Hoburne Bashley and Hoburne Devon Bay
The bring-on offer is subject to availability.
The holiday home will be subject to Hoburne’s maximum tenure period of 15 years and will receive the balance of this depending on the age of the caravan. EG. A 5-year-old caravan will receive a minimum of 10 years tenure on a Hoburne site.
The owner must supply the caravan make, model, year of manufacture, and serial number before any transport arrangements may be confirmed.
Siting of the holiday home on a pitch will be subject to minimum distances in line with the park’s Site Licence. The refit or addition of decking will also be subject to minimum distances in line with the park’s Site Licence.
Where there is already decking in place that the owner wishes to transfer with their caravan this will be subject to the decking being in a good state of repair and structurally sound. The refit of any decking will be completed by Hoburne Decking who will arrange for any surveys and ensure all works are carried out by Hoburne Decking or our approved contractors.
Hoburne will arrange transport of the caravan from its current park to your chosen Hoburne location, siting & connection on the new pitch, Gas Safety Certificate and Electrical Safety Certificate with our approved contractors and on-park siting team. *Excludes crane costs and decking transfer & refit and any remedial repairs required for safety certification which will be invoiced for payment prior to handover.
It will be the owner’s responsibility to empty and pack-down the unit prior to transport. Hoburne and the transporter accept no liability for any damage resulting from improperly secured contents.
Site Fees, non-domestic rates and water charges for the first billing period will be invoiced for payment prior to handover of the caravan back to the owner. All charges will be calculated pro-rata based on the expected handover date of the unit.
The caravan must already be located on a holiday park and you must be able to provide proof of ownership at the current park for a minimum of 12 months prior to Hoburne arranging the transfer of the caravan. This can include but may not be limited to one or more of the following: Original Invoice/Bill of sale, copy of the existing Licence Agreement (dated and showing all named owners), invoices/account statements/park utility bills showing use over a minimum of 12 months and addressed to all named owners.
It is the owner’s responsibility to arrange closure of their account and payment of any disconnection & de-siting fees with their existing park operator prior to collection of the caravan for transport. Proof of the account closure may be required by Hoburne.
All existing owners named on the current bill of ownership, will be required to sign a new Purchase & Licence Agreement with Hoburne and have a Welcome Meeting with a senior manager from the park.
All named owners will be required to provide proofs of ID and residential address from the prescribed list. The park team will advise of the current accepted proofs.
Hoburne will complete a full HPI check. Where there is an existing finance agreement against the holiday home this must be declared at point of enquiry with the park. Hoburne may accept holiday homes with existing finance subject to the finance provider’s approval.
The holiday home must be fully insured with a minimum or £2,000,000 public liability cover and a copy of the insurance certificate submitted to the park prior to Hoburne handing over the unit. Hoburne’s recommended insurer, Leisuredays, may provide you with a quotation should you require one.
