All sale prices are available at Hoburne.com/ownership. The sale is only available on the caravans, lodges and locations specified and can be withdrawn at any time. Caravans and lodges included in the sale are excluded from other offers. There is no cash alternative.
 
Holiday refund offer
Hoburne holiday-makers can get double their holiday cost refunded* when purchasing a brand-new holiday home between 1st July and 31st December, up to a maximum of £4,000. This offer excludes caravans and lodges in the sale and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. The offer is open to Hoburne (including Hoseasons bookings only).

*Your refund will be issued as either a discount from your holiday home purchase or in the form of account credit. No cash alternative. Not applicable to the £39,995 Breakaway & Royan Models.
 
Reduced rate pitch fees
Reduced rate pitch fees (to an initial price of £3,995 per year) are available on a limited number of specified pitches within our Bashley and Blue Anchor holiday parks. The reduced rate pitch fee is valid for the full 15-year licence for the caravan on the qualifying plot. The rate will be subject to the equivalent rate rises as our standard pitch fees (linked to CPI). The reduced pitch fees are only available on the holiday home packages specified and this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
 
Free 2026 pitch fees
Our 2026 free pitch fee offer includes fees for the 2026 season. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and is only available for selected caravans and lodges. 

The rent ledger credit which may be used as part or full payment towards: Pitch fees, non-domestic rates, water & sewage charges, gas & electric charges, gas bottles, winterisation, and chargeable works.

Any rent ledger credit will be applied to the account associated with the purchase within 28 days of the sale completion. This credit cannot be transferred to another Hoburne account or exchanged for a cash alternative. Any unused credit at the end of your ownership period will be forfeit.

Moving pitch is subject to availability, pitch size and unit style.

The purchase must be from Hoburne’s own stock. The offer excludes Private Sale purchases and transfers.

Offer is not available to existing holiday home owners with an outstanding account balance over £100 at point of completion.

This offer is open to all Hoburne holiday home owners across all of our parks and new customers with the exception of Hoburne Group or Burry & Knight employees and family.

There is no cash alternative available in lieu of the offer and no part of the offer can be taken as a cash payment, transferred or otherwise assigned.

The offer of a rent ledger credit cannot be backdated and cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other existing and future promotional offers or promotional discounts.

Completion is defined as, payment of the full outstanding balance, whether due by you or by a finance provider or other third party (where applicable), all paperwork for the purchase has been signed by all named owners, the correct supporting documents have been supplied to the park, and the Holiday Home is in situ at the destination park.

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the offer without notice and to withdraw any existing owners from the scheme at our discretion.
