• Moving pitch is subject to availability, pitch size and unit style.
• The purchase must be from Hoburne’s own stock. The offer excludes Private Sale purchases, transfers, pre-owned and factory ordered stock.
• Any outstanding or overdue invoices showing on the Owner’s account must be paid in full at the time of completion
• Managed Letting credit and any existing account credit may be used towards the purchase
• This offer of free pitch fees and free insurance is open to all Hoburne holiday home owners across all of our parks and new customers with the exception of Hoburne Group or Burry & Knight employees and family.
• 12-months free insurance is provided by Leisuredays Ltd and is subject to their standard terms and conditions. Where a Holiday Home owner wishes to use an alternative insurer Hoburne does not offer any cash alternative. Activation of the free insurance policy may be deferred if Owners wish to transfer an existing policy to the new holiday home. An updated copy of the policy certificate must provide and the free insurance policy activated within 12-months of handover.
• Finance is offered through our nominated finance provider Santander Consumer Finance. Finance is subject to status, minimum deposit criteria and maximum purchase value. 10.9% APR representative is subject to status and is only available to UK residents 18 and over. We can introduce you to lenders who may be able to provide funding on your holiday home. We can only introduce you to this lender and do not receive commission or other benefits for doing so.
• All decking refits are subject to survey. Where the age and condition of decking is not suitable or safe for refit we will notify you within 72-hours of the survey outcome being confirmed by our specialist decking suppliers. Where a replacement decking is required, this may affect the package price of the part exchange.
