The Offer: 
- Recommend a friend or family member to purchase a holiday home and receive up to £5,000 credit to your owners account rent ledger.

Definitions:
The Offer: 
- Recommend a friend or family member to purchase a holiday caravan at Hoburne Bashley, Hoburne Blue Anchor, Hoburne Cotswold, Hoburne Devon Bay, Hoburne Park or Hoburne Naish and receive a credit to your owners account rent ledger of £2,500.

- Recommend a friend or family member to purchase a holiday Lodge (Twin unit) at Hoburne Bashley, Hoburne Blue Anchor, Hoburne Cotswold, Hoburne Devon Bay, Hoburne Park or Hoburne Naish and receive a credit to your owners account rent ledger of £5,000.

Minimum Customer Deposit: £5,000 on all single unit Holiday Homes or £10,000 on all twin unit Holiday Homes.

Completion: Payment of the full outstanding balance, all paperwork in connection with the sale has been signed by all named owners, the correct supporting documents have been supplied to the park, and the Holiday Home has been delivered to the destination park.

You/your: The purchaser of the holiday caravan or holiday lodge

We/our/us: The Hoburne Group

Terms & Conditions:
- This offer is open to all Hoburne holiday home owners across all of our parks with the exception of Hoburne Group or Burry & Knight employees and family.

- The holiday home purchased must be from Hoburne’s own stock. The offer excludes any purchase of private client sales or transfers.

- The referred customer must not be an existing or former owner on any of our parks.

- The referred customer must provide the salesperson with the full name, park & pitch number of the referring owner before signing the Purchase & Licence Agreement.

- The referred customer may not reside at the same address as the existing owner making the referral.

- There is no limit to the number of payments the existing owner may receive for owner referrals in each calendar year.

- No more than one referral payment will be made in respect of any holiday home purchase. In case of a dispute, our decision will be final.

- Payments for referrals will be made in the form of a rent ledger credit to the referring owner.

- The referral value will be dependent on the type of Holiday Home being purchased and the park at which it is purchased:

- Single unit holiday caravans purchased at Hoburne Bashley, Hoburne Blue Anchor, Hoburne Cotswold, Hoburne Devon Bay, Hoburne Park or Hoburne Naish = £2,500
- Twin unit holiday lodges purchased at Hoburne Bashley, Hoburne Blue Anchor, Hoburne Cotswold, Hoburne Devon Bay, Hoburne Park or Hoburne Naish = £5000.00
- Note: A twin unit holiday lodge is defined as a holiday home which is made of 2 or more modules connected together
- There is no cash alternative available in lieu of the referral offer. No part of the offer can be taken as a cash payment, transferred or otherwise assigned.
- The rent ledger credit may be used as part or full payment towards: 
o    Pitch fees
o    Non-domestic rates
o    Water & sewage charges
o    Gas & electric charges, and gas bottles
o    Winterisation
o    Chargeable works
o    Transfer fees
- The rent ledger credit will be applied to your account within 28 days of your referred customer’s sale completion. The rent ledger credit cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative and any unused credit at the end of your ownership period will be forfeit. 
- This offer cannot be backdated and cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other existing or future promotional offers.
- We reserve the right to withdraw the scheme without notice and to withdraw any existing owners from the scheme at our discretion.
