This promotion is run by Hoburne Limited (registered company number 01102096), 10 Hoburne Lane, Christchurch, Dorset, England, BH23 4HP (“the Promoter”).

About the Promotion

1.    The Park, Pause, and Part Exchange - £100 Try-to-Buy Weekend offer (“the Promotion”) allows eligible guests to book an off-peak weekend stay for £100 at a participating Hoburne Holiday Park.
2.    Eligibility for the offer requires completion of a discovery call. Bookings will only proceed where genuine interest is established during that call.
3.    During their stay, guests may bring their touring caravan or motorhome (“the Vehicle”) for the purpose of receiving a valuation and part exchange quote towards the purchase of a Hoburne static caravan or lodge.
4.    The £100 fee is payable at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
5.    This offer is subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
6.    Participants must be aged 18 or over and residents of the UK.
7.    Employees of Hoburne Limited, its subsidiaries, or associated companies and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

Stay and Vehicle Conditions

1.    The Vehicle must be brought to the park on the agreed arrival date and removed from the park immediately upon the end of the guest’s stay.
2.    Vehicles left on park must be secured with a wheel lock, provided by the guest.
3.    While on park, touring caravans and motorhomes must not be used for accommodation or any other purpose. All guests must stay in the provided Hoburne accommodation.
4.    The Vehicle must be parked only in designated areas as instructed by park management.
5.    The Promoter accepts no liability for loss of or damage to the vehicle or its contents while it is on the park premises. Guests are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is safe, secure, and insured at all times.
6.    Guests are also responsible for ensuring that their Vehicle complies with all safety and legal requirements, including valid MOT (where applicable) and insurance.

Valuation and Part Exchange

1.    Valuations and part exchange quotes will be provided by Hoburne’s on-park sales team during, or within a week of the stay (subject to third party availability).
2.    Quotes are non-binding and subject to inspection, condition, and current market value.
3.    Any part exchange quotation is provided for guidance only and does not constitute an offer. A quotation does not guarantee that the unit will be accepted in part exchange.
4.    Acceptance of a part exchange offer does not guarantee purchase of a Hoburne holiday home and is subject to contract and park availability.
5.    No cash alternatives or exchanges will be offered in place of the promotional stay or valuation.
6.    Valuations are valid for 7 days.
7.    CRiS/HPI checks will be carried out by the promoter to make sure the vehicle is not stolen, written off, or have any undeclared finance outstanding.

General Terms

1.    The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
2.    The decision of the Promoter regarding all matters relating to this offer is final and binding.
3.    This promotion cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
4.    Participation in this offer constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
5.    By participating, you agree that you may be contacted by Hoburne’s sales team regarding your part exchange valuation and related opportunities.

Data Protection

Personal data provided in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. Data will be used solely for the purposes of administering this promotion and any related sales or marketing activities, in accordance with Hoburne’s privacy policy.
