Hoburne – one of the UK’s longest-established holiday groups – is developing its accommodation offer at its holiday park based in south Devon, ahead of the 2016 holiday season.
The investment is part of a programme of company-wide developments worth a total of £6million, in which all of Hoburne’s seven holiday parks across the south-west of England are set to be enhanced.
From 2016 the accommodation options at Hoburne Devon Bay will include a range of 12 new ‘Platinum Plus’ holiday units – Hoburne’s top-of-the-range, contemporary caravans. These feature a spacious open-plan lounge area and gated sun-deck.
Also new for 2016, free Wi-Fi will be available throughout the park, and at all of the company’s seven parks.
The developments will ensure an improved customer experience for all visitors from March; when the parks open for the 2016 holiday season.
Managing Director of Hoburne, Rod Tucker, commented: “At our Hoburne Devon Bay Park in 2016 our customers will get the same Hoburne holiday that they know and love, yet the new Platinum Plus accommodation adds the option of a more premium holiday experience. We are confident that customers will love the stylish features and high-end feel of the new holiday homes.”
He continued: “The huge company-wide investment that we are currently making is testament to our commitment to setting new standards across the industry and to our goal of exceeding our customer’s expectations.”
Hoburne, which was established in Dorset in 1912, has a policy of continual reinvestment and improvement. The company’s philosophy is focussed on providing traditional family holidays with the highest standards in facilities, accommodation and service, at value for money prices.
Over 100,000 holidaymakers stayed with Hoburne in 2015 and more than 2,000 private owners have a holiday home at a Hoburne park.
