Development demand

Posted: Thursday 9 April 2015

It took just two weeks to receive offers on every house released in the latest phase of the Hoburne Farm Estate by Hoburne Development.

The incredible response came after six houses were put on the market by the Highcliffe-based company, which has been building residential and commercial property in the area for more than 35 years.

The next phase of five further houses in Daisy Close will be completed in September and another nine houses are underway for release in 2016.

Director of Development, Paul Campbell, said: “We are fortunately very used to our properties proving popular, but even by our standards this was a very quick response. All of our properties are built using traditional methods, which means our standards are exemplary. People trust our name and with the market beginning to take off again, I doubt if interest levels like this are going to dwindle any time soon.”
