Customer Praise has Secured a National Award for Hoburne Holidays
For the third year running, Hoburne Holidays has been awarded the Feefo Trusted Service Award.
We are delighted to have won the national award after being praised by our holidaymakers for our outstanding customer service during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Created by Feefo, the Trusted Service Award is an independent seal of excellence that recognises businesses for delivering exceptional experiences, as rated by real customers. The award is only given to those businesses that use Feefo to collect genuine ratings and reviews.
Despite our holiday parks complying to the lockdown guidelines, we still prioritised our customers, offering guests peace of mind with our coronavirus booking guarantee. We utilised our social media channels to provide regular updates and called thousands of holidaymakers, with every customer receiving a personal phone call to discuss their holiday booking.
Commenting on the award, John Butters, chairman of the Hoburne Group, said: “In a year that has been challenging for so many of us, our teams have worked extremely hard and we are thankful to all our customers who have been patient and understanding while we have adapted to these changes.
