It’s time to smile this autumn!
With October 6th being world smile day, we’re on a mission to spread some positivity and get everyone smiling!
Check out our top 4 reasons to smile this autumn...
1. AUTUMNAL ADVENTURES
From the crunching of golden leaves beneath your feet, to refreshing sea air, autumn is the perfect time to explore the scenic locations surrounding our parks before winter sets in.
With the ancient New Forest, the moors of Cornwall and Somerset, and the many lakes of the Cotswold Water Park to explore, it’s time to dig out your walking boots and pull on your woollies, because nothing blows away the cobwebs like an autumn stomp!
Don't forget, at Hoburne pets go free in our range of dog-friendly accommodation, so everyone is welcome along for the adventure!
2. SPARKLING CELEBRATIONS
There’s so much going on at our holiday parks this autumn, with evening entertainment and events that the whole family can enjoy…
HALLOWEEN: From Friday 20th October – Friday 3rd November 2023, enjoy Halloween highlights including our dress your doggy competition, themed party nights, zombie pebble painting and more in The Venue!
BONFIRE NIGHT: Join us at Hoburne Bashley or Hoburne Cotswold on Saturday 4th November for a heart warming evening of celebrations with a bonfire, fireworks, food and entertainment into the late evening.
CHRISTMAS: Make it a December to Remember with a festive-themed family break! This year’s offering includes our original family pantomime, A Very Pirate Panto, immersive experiences such as Santa’s Workshop and more!
3. COSY TIME TOGETHER
Whether it’s boardgames on a rainy afternoon, family film nights (complete with plenty of snacks), or simply sitting down for a meal together, being on holiday offers you the opportunity to escape the everyday distractions and find time to reconnect as a family – especially when it’s cold outside!
We’ve got a wide range of accommodation to choose from, including cosy caravans, luxury lodges and our stunning new cottage collection. Autumn is our favourite time for evenings in the hot tub, with the conversation flowing and golden sunsets a plenty.
4. WARMING FAMILY MEALS
With packed lunches, book bags and PE kits to worry about, cooking is often the last thing on the list and a quick meal has to suffice! As things wind down, and the evenings get longer, the cooler months offer more opportunity to sit down and enjoy a meal together.
From warming soups to hearty stews and Sunday lunches, a good old-fashioned meal around the dining table is the perfect way to bring everyone together again and it doesn't even have to be cooked by you! Check out our latest food menu and get that family meal planned in!
