The 2025 ABI Jetty is a modern static caravan that combines contemporary design with comfortable living.

The lounge features free-standing sofas, a coffee table with cube stool, and an electric fire set within a feature wall. Large windows provide ample natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.

Equipped with a domestic twin cavity oven, a four-gas-ring hob, grill, oven, externally vented powered cooker hood, and an integrated fridge freezer. The kitchen also boasts 40mm worktops, a composite sink, and soft-close hinges on doors and drawers.

The master bedroom offers a king-size bed (in two-bedroom models), fabric headboards, bedside tables, over-bed cupboards, a double wardrobe, and a dressing table with a vanity mirror and stool. Twin bedrooms are equipped with twin beds, mattresses, fabric headboards, bedside tables, over-bed cupboards, wardrobes, TV points, and mirrors.

2025 Pitch fees
Pitch fees range from £7,239.88 to £9,086.76 at Hoburne Cotswold. These are billed annually in December for the following season.

Pitch fees vary by park and pitch location and are subject to pitch availability and suitability for your chosen holiday home.

Water charges & non-domestic rates
Non-domestic rates, water and sewerage (including VAT) until 31st March 2026: £617.91.

Insurance
Insurance is included in your purchase price using our recommended insurer Leisure Days. Insurance renewals are invoiced 12 months from initial handover date.
