Pitch fees range from £7,239.88 to £9,086.76 at Hoburne Cotswold Reach. These are billed annually in December for the following season.
Pitch fees vary by park and pitch location and are subject to pitch availability and suitability for your chosen holiday home.

Non-domestic rates, water and sewerage (including VAT) until 31st March 2026: £617.91.
Insurance
Insurance is included in your purchase price using our recommended insurer Leisure Days. Insurance renewals are invoiced 12 months from initial handover date.
