Easter is just around the corner and as well as the super-fun Easter activities taking place on our holiday parks, there’s plenty taking place in the nearby areas to keep the whole family busy! 

Here are our top picks for each region...

Cotswold

Lambing & Kidding at Adam Henson’s Cotswold Farm Park

Experience the magic of spring at this one-of-a-kind experience, with over 800 lambs expected to be born on the farm this spring! See the wonder of new life and enjoy talks from experts on all things lambing.

As well as all the usual farm experiences and rides, there will be an Easter trail, face painting, Easter trivia and crafting activities including decoupaging an egg!

Cornwall

Easter at Eden

Visit the Eden Project to celebrate the joys of spring this Easter! As well as exploring Eden’s great biomes and outdoor areas, you’ll be able to putt your way around the allotment golf course, take on the straw bale scooter maze, try your hand at transporting pollen and more!

Dorset

Easter Adventures at Corfe Castle

An Easter adventure that the whole family can enjoy, no matter what age! Put on your explorer’s hat and immerse yourself in the ruins of Corfe Castle to find the Corfe dragon’s lost possessions. A trail map will be provided with nature-inspired clues and activities to help you on your quest. Taking place from 1^st – 16^th April in the beautiful ruins of the castle.

Hampshire

Easter at Beaulieu Motor Museum

Celebrate Easter at Beaulieu Motor Museum from 1^st – 16^th April! Let history come to life before your eyes as the sounds, sights and smells of historic vehicles parade the grounds along with some colourful characters.

There will also be Easter craft activities, a larger-than-life Easter bunny hopping through the gardens, and the reconstruction of the iconic Chitty Chitty Bang Bang car cruising the grounds for families to hop on!

Somerset

West Somerset Railway

An Easter celebration with a difference! Visit the West Somerset Railway between 1^st – 16^th April and take part in the farmyard trail to help Farmer Brunel rally the animals together! Activity sheets for the trail are £1 or cab be upgraded to include a special soft toy prize for £5.

Easter crafts and colouring will also be on offer at Minehead Station and on Good Friday and Easter Monday, there’ll be some special guest appearances!

South Devon

Pennywell Farm’s Easter Egg-Stravaganza

A day out at Pennywell Farm is jam-packed to the brim on any given day, let alone over Easter! From 1^st – 10^th April, there’ll be an Easter trail, golden egg hunt, quizzes, orchard games with the Easter bunny and more!

Away from the Egg-stravaganza, all your favourite activities will be on offer including pig feeding, pond dipping, pony pampering and plenty of opportunities for petting the animals! It truly is a day out for all ages, including teenagers.
