Definitions: 

The Offer: £3,000 (Three Thousand Pounds) Hoburne customer account credit. 

Qualifying Period: 1 June 2022 – 31 January 2023 

Qualifying Holiday Home: any new holiday caravan or holiday lodge purchased from Cotswold Hoburne Ltd either from current stock or forward order stock to be sited on the Otters Walk Development. 

Otters Walk Development: Hoburne Cotswold, Broadway Lane, South Cerney, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, GL7 5UQ 

You/your: The purchaser of the holiday caravan or holiday lodge 

We/our/us: Cotswold Hoburne Ltd 


TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. You must complete your purchase of a Qualifying Holiday Home by 31 January 2023.

2. The Qualifying Holiday Home must be sited on a pitch on the Otters Walk Development. The
Offer is not applicable to any other location. A plan of the Otters Walk Development can be

3. Customers will be required to complete and sign a purchase agreement and pay a deposit to
Cotswold Hoburne Limited to secure the purchase of a Qualifying Holiday Home.

4. The minimum deposit payable to secure your purchase of a Qualifying Holiday Home is
£5,000 for a holiday caravan or £10,000 for a twin-unit lodge

5. The Offer is not available on any existing holiday caravan or holiday lodge orders entered in
to outside of the Qualifying Period. Customers who cancel an existing purchase of a holiday
caravan or holiday lodge at Hoburne Cotswold (made prior to the beginning of the Qualifying
Period) who then purchase a qualifying holiday home within the qualifying period will not
qualify for the offer.

6. The purchase of the Qualifying Holiday Home must be completed within the qualifying
period. For the avoidance of doubt completed means, we must have received payment of
the full outstanding balance, whether due by you or by a finance provider or other third
party (where applicable), and all paperwork in connection with the sale and siting of the
qualifying holiday home must be completed and signed by you, the customer.

7. The handover of the holiday caravan or holiday lodge will not take place prior to the date on which the purchase has completed.

8. The Offer will be applied to the relevant Hoburne customer account within 28 days of the
date the sale of the qualifying holiday home is completed.

9. There is no cash alternative available in lieu of the Offer, and the Offer cannot be used to part-fund the holiday caravan or holiday lodge purchase. No part of the Offer can be taken as a cash payment, transferred or otherwise assigned. 

10. Once the offer has been applied to the Hoburne customer account, it may be used to pay for the following items (in connection with your use of the holiday caravan or holiday lodge) in full or in part:
Future pitch fee invoices
Utility invoices 
Non-domestic rates 
Water and sewerage charges 
Drain down charges 

 11. The offer is limited to a maximum of two claims per household. For the avoidance of doubt that is a maximum of two separate purchases of a qualifying holiday home within the qualifying period. 

12. This offer cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other customer promotions offered by Cotswold Hoburne Ltd., including but not limited to the holidaymaker refund scheme and the owner referral scheme. 

13. If the purchase of the qualifying holiday home is not completed within the qualifying period as a result of any delay outside of our control, or as a result of any delay on your part, then the offer will not be applied to the Hoburne customer account.

14. We reserve the right to extend this offer to other locations at Hoburne Cotswold at our discretion, but we are not obliged to do so. 

15. We reserve the right to amend, and/or change the offer at any time without incurring any liability whatsoever.
