Terms and conditions of offer

Definitions

The Offer: Free pitch fees for the remainder of the 2023/24 pitch fee year.
Qualifying Period: 28th October – 30th September 2023. 
*Qualifying Holiday Home: any new holiday caravan or holiday lodge purchased from Burry & Knight Ltd or Hoburne Ltd either from current stock or forward order stock to be sited on either Hoburne Doublebois or Hoburne St Mabyn.
Hoburne Doublebois: Doublebois, Liskeard, Cornwall, PL14 6LD.
Hoburne St Mabyn: Longstone Road, St Mabyn, Cornwall, PL30 3BY.
2023/24 Pitch Fee Season: Starts 1st December 2023 and ends 30th November 2024.
You/your: The purchaser of the holiday caravan or holiday lodge
We/our/us: Burry & Knight Ltd or Hoburne Ltd

Terms and conditions

1. You must complete your purchase of a Qualifying Holiday Home by 30th September 2023.
2. The Qualifying Holiday Home* must be sited on a pitch on a Hoburne Doublebois or Hoburne St Mabyn.
3. Customers will be required to complete and sign a purchase agreement and pay a deposit to us to secure the purchase of a Qualifying Holiday Home.
4. The minimum deposit payable to secure your purchase of a Qualifying Holiday Home is £5,000 for a holiday caravan or £10,000 for a twin-unit lodge
5. The Offer is not available on any existing holiday caravan or holiday lodge orders entered in to outside of the Qualifying Period. Customers who cancel an existing purchase of a holiday caravan or holiday lodge at a Hoburne Holiday Park (made prior to the beginning of the Qualifying Period) who then purchase a Qualifying Holiday Home within the Qualifying Period will not qualify for the Offer.
6. The purchase of the Qualifying Holiday Home must be Completed within the Qualifying Period. For the avoidance of doubt Completed means we must have received payment of the full outstanding balance, whether due by you or by a finance provider or other third party (where applicable), and all paperwork in connection with the sale and siting of the Qualifying Holiday Home must be completed and signed by you, the customer.
7. The handover of the holiday Home will not take place prior to the date on which the purchase has Completed.
8. There is no cash alternative available in lieu of the Offer, and the Offer cannot be used to part-fund the holiday caravan or holiday lodge purchase. No part of the Offer can be taken as a cash payment, transferred or otherwise assigned.
9. The offer is applicable to the initial purchase only and may not be transferred to another holiday home or owner in the event of part-exchange, private client-to-client sale or ownership transfer. In such an event the pitch fees for the remaining offer period will become fully chargeable.
10. The Offer is limited to a maximum of two claims per household. For the avoidance of doubt that is a maximum of two separate purchases of a Qualifying Holiday Home within the Qualifying Period.
11. The 2023/24 pitch fees will be invoiced to your Hoburne Customer Account as part of the usual billing process and will be credited off within 28 days of billing.
12. This offer cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other customer promotions offered by Burry & Knight Ltd. Or Hoburne Ltd., including but not limited to the holidaymaker refund scheme and the owner referral scheme.
13. If the purchase of the Qualifying Holiday Home is not completed within the Qualifying Period as a result of any delay outside of our control, or as a result of any delay on your part, the purchase will no longer qualify for the offer and pitch fees for the 2022/23 and 2023/24 season will become chargeable.
14. We reserve the right to extend this offer at our discretion, but we are not obliged to do so.
15. We reserve the right to amend, and/or change the Offer at any time without incurring any liability whatsoever.
