• Water rates from £145 annual charge at Hoburne Park.

• Non-domestic rates from £265 annual charge at Hoburne Park.

Invoiced in April of each year.

• From £270 for 12 months (at all parks).

This is included in your purchase price using our recommended insurer Leisure Days.

Alternative insurance is acceptable with proof of policy.

Gas & electricity

The amount of gas and electricity is recorded for your holiday home and invoiced twice a year.

If your holiday home runs on gas bottles, these will be recharged to you as and when replacements are needed.
