Many of our pre-loved caravans and lodges offer the same features that you would find in a brand new model. Meaning that you and your family can enjoy all the perks of a newer holiday home but on a smaller budget. 

As an owner at one of our Cornwall parks, you'll be able to make the most of the stunning Cornish coast and countryside whenever you like. 

You'll also benefit from having access to the facilities at Hoburne Doublebois including the fitness suite, games room and tennis court. Hoburne St Mabyn, on the other hand, doesn't have the features of a traditional holiday park as it has been designed for those wanting a quiet getaway.

What are the running costs?

All homes have running costs, and holiday homes are no different!

Billed annually in December for the following season.

• Ranging from £3,999.10 to £4,439.56 at Hoburne Doublebois.

• Ranging from £4,000.00 to £4,605.00 at Hoburne St Mabyn.

We also offer a direct debit scheme to help spread the cost. Additional charges may apply.

Caravan term length

• A single unit - Max length of license is 15 years from date of 1st purchase.

• 20 years on new developments.

• Twin unit license 25 years from date of 1st purchase.

• If you buy pre-loved your license term will be the remaining balance from date of manufacture.

• You can part-ex, upgrade and sell at any time.

Lodge licence period

• 35 years – Twin lodge (42’ x 20’)

• 20 years – Single lodge (42’ x 14’)

Remaining water charges & non-domestic rates

Billed annually from April for the following season.

• Water rates from £335 annual charge at both parks.

• Non-domestic rates from £160 annual charge at Hoburne Doublebois.

• Non-domestic rates from £170 annual charge at Hoburne St Mabyn

Invoiced in April of each year.

• From £270 for 12 months (at all parks).

This is included in your purchase price using our recommended insurer Leisure Days.

Alternative insurance is acceptable with proof of policy.

Gas 400x280

Gas & electricity

The amount of gas and electricity is recorded for your holiday home and invoiced twice a year.

If your holiday home runs on gas bottles, these will be recharged to you as and when replacements are needed.

Water and sewage charges apply.
