This offer is open to all Hoburne Holiday Home owners across all of our parks with the exception of Hoburne Group or Burry & Knight employees and family.
Payments for referrals will be made in the form of £1,000 Rent Ledger credits made to both the new & existing owner’s accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The referred customer must purchase a holiday home from Hoburne’s own stock in order for both parties (current owner and referred customer) to qualify for the £1,000 Rent Ledger credit as part of this offer.
The offer excludes any purchase of private client sales or transfers.
The referred customer must not be an existing or former owner on any of our parks.
The referred customer must provide the sales person with the full name park & pitch number of the referring owner before signing the Sales Invoice.
The referred customer may not reside at the same address as the existing owner making the referral.
This offer cannot be backdated and may not be claimed in conjunction with any existing offers.
There is no limit to the number of payments the existing owner may receive in each calendar year.
No more than one referral payment will be made in respect of any holiday home sale.
In case of a dispute, our decision will be final.
The Holiday Home Purchase must be fully complete prior to any Rent Ledger credits being awarded.
We reserve the right to withdraw the scheme without notice and to withdraw any existing owners from the scheme at our discretion.
