The price of your holiday home at Hoburne includes VAT and insurance*. We offer highly competitive finance packages through Black Horse Finance and many banks and building societies are happy to organise loans. As an owner, you can also benefit from attractive part-exchange deals if you choose to upgrade at some point in the future.

Managed Letting Service
At every location there’s the Hoburne Lettings Team. They do all the marketing, they handle all the dates and bookings, the dedicated housekeeping and maintenance teams keep your home spotless, the reception team look after key handling and customer care… you don’t lift a finger!
Our Park Locations
• The offer is open to all new-to-Hoburne customers who have not previously stayed at a Hoburne Park.
• £99 for a single night stay for up to four people in selected accommodation, subject to availability.
• Limited to one booking per household and excludes hot tub accommodation.
• Dogs are permitted in selected accommodation only and must be declared at point of booking.
• Booking includes full access passes to park facilities. Entry to facilities is subject to maximum capacity and Covid-19 restrictions.
• Guests must attend a presentation at the Ownership Office and will be given a full tour of the park, its facilities and show holiday homes prior to accommodation check in.
• The booking cannot be extended. A longer booking may be booked where accommodation is available at full tariff price.
• Place a deposit during the stay or up to 21 days after departure and Hoburne will credit the value of your booking towards the final payment of your purchase.
• All other standard booking terms & conditions apply.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other offers.
