The Offer: 
If you purchase a holiday home during your stay or within 28 days of your Hoburne holiday, we will refund double the price of your holiday.
Definitions:
The Offer: Purchase a Hoburne holiday home during your holiday or within 28 days of the end of your holiday and receive a refund for double the cost value of holiday. 

Offer release date: 1st November 2023.

Hoburne holiday property: a Hoburne owned holiday home including holiday caravan, holiday lodge, holiday chalet, holiday cottages, Palma apartments. 

Hoburne Holiday: Any holiday booked directly through Hoburne or our partner agent “Hoseasons”
Hoburne Holidaymaker: Any holidaymaker staying on a Hoburne Holiday as the lead booker or named guest. 

Holiday Refund: Double the value of the final holiday cost after discounts have been applied and excluding any added extras, up to a maximum value of £3,000.

Added Extras: Any items charged in addition to the cost of the holiday accommodation. Including: Cancellation cover, cots, highchairs, bed guards, dog welcome packs and transfer fees.

Qualifying Holiday Home/ Holiday Home: Holiday caravans or holiday lodges purchased directly from current Hoburne stock available on all Hoburne Group Holiday Parks and to be sited on a Hoburne Group Holiday Park. 

Minimum Deposit: £5,000 on all single unit Holiday Homes or £10,000 on all twin unit Holiday Homes.
Completion:  Payment of the full outstanding balance, whether due by you or by a finance provider or other third party (where applicable), all paperwork in connection with the sale has been signed by all named owners, the correct supporting documents have been supplied to the park, and the Holiday Home has been delivered to the destination park. 

You/your: The purchaser of the holiday caravan or holiday lodge

We/our/us: The Hoburne Group

Terms of the offer: 
The offer is open to all Hoburne holidaymakers staying in a Hoburne holiday property. The offer excludes private rental bookings.

The purchase must be from Hoburne’s own stock including new and used stock. The offer excludes Private Sale purchases. 

You will be required to complete & sign a purchase agreement and pay a minimum deposit to secure the purchase of a holiday home. 

The purchase must be agreed, and minimum deposit paid during your Hoburne Holiday or within 28 days of the date of departure as shown on the holiday booking. 

You must be either the lead booker of the Hoburne holiday or a named guest on the booking to qualify for the offer.

The refund will take the form of a Hoburne account credit up to the value of £3,000, for use towards future running costs of the holiday home including: pitch fees, non-domestic rates, water charges, gas, electricity, and holiday home winterisation. 

The account credit will be applied to your Hoburne account within 28 days of the completion of your purchase.

There is no cash alternative available in lieu of the Offer. No part of the Offer can be taken as a cash payment, transferred or otherwise assigned.

Only one refund may be applied to each purchase. 

The refund value is capped to a maximum of £3,000.

The offer is limited to one claim per holiday booking.

The Offer is not available on any existing purchase of a holiday caravan or holiday lodge which has been entered into prior to the offer release date. Customers who cancel an existing purchase made prior to the offer release date and then purchase a holiday home will not be eligible for the offer.

The handover of your Holiday Home may not take place prior to the date on which the purchase has Completed.

The Offer may not be redeemed in conjunction with any other customer promotions offered by us.
We reserve the right to amend, and/or change the Offer at any time without incurring any liability whatsoever.
