Café closure for refurbishment
January 13th - Easter 2023
We are pleased to announce that we will be carrying out an exciting refurbishment in our café this winter.
Work will begin on Friday 13th January and the refurbishment will allow for new kitchen equipment that will enable us to expand on our already very popular menu. The café itself will be reconfigured and a beautiful large decking area will be constructed to the front, allowing for a new outdoor eating area.
During this period, access to reception and the swimming pool is likely to change at some points, but rest assured, this will be clearly signposted and has the safety of both our guests and staff at the forefront.
Due to the café closure, our current shop offering will also be slightly reduced, however, we will still offer the essentials. Our reception staff will talk you through the offering and where you can purchase these items upon arrival.

Frequently asked questions
WILL THE PARK STAY OPEN DURING THE REFURBISHMENT?
Yes, we will still be delivering the same warm welcome and wonderful experience that you would expect. The only thing we cannot offer our guests during this time is our café/shop service.
WILL THE POOL REMAIN OPEN?
Yes, the indoor pool and main reception area will remain open during the refurbishment. Access to these facilities may change but will be clearly signposted if and when applicable.
WHERE CAN I PURCHASE GROCERIES DURING THIS TIME?
We intend to have a small selection of essentials for sale, even with the café being closed. Please ask a member of staff for details. For a more extensive range, there is a Co-Op, Tesco Superstore, Morrisons and Lidl nearby.
WILL THE REFURBISHMENT TAKE PLACE DURING FEBRUARY HALF TERM?
Yes, we will continue with the refurbishment throughout February half term.
WHEN WILL THE WORK BE COMPLETE?
We hope the work will be complete for Easter 2023.
